How to enter:
1.) Sign up by making a $20.00 donation via your preferred payment app below.
2.) Fish anywhere in New England from Feb 1 – Mar 1.
3.) Catch a fish.
4.) Take a clear picture on a bump board or ruler with “25” somewhere in the background.
5.) Submit your daily entry by commenting on the associated day’s post on the Nipmuc Water Ski Club – Ice Fishing Facebook Page
6.) Each day the longest fish will win a small prize; gift cards, fishing accessories & more.
Each week the longest fish will win a cash prize.
Rules & Notes:
Tournament is not species specific. I would encourage entrants to submit any species even if that day’s / weeks leader is a larger fish from another species. If funds allow species specific payouts may be added.
Picture must include the numbers “25” somewhere.
– We suggest writing it on a piece of paper and keep in in a zip lock bag, writing it in the snow next to your fish, or even have your buddy hold up their fingers. Just make sure it’s visible some where. This will keep people honest and not entering googled pictures or using pictures from a previous year.
You must submit your catch picture by commenting on the daily dated post on Nipmuc Water Ski Club – Ice Fishing Facebook Page
– This will timestamp each submission allowing us to keep track of who submitted it as well as have a date & time.
– Please use your account or specify the entrants name
Must provide proof of entry; PayPal Venmo or card transaction receipt in order to collect prizes.
Locations: Fishing to include New England: MA, CT, ME, VT, NH, RI
Date & Time: Feb 1 – Mar 1, daily from 12am to 11:59pm
Daily prizes are winner selected from current supply & first come first serve.
Weekly winners will be announced & payout amount will be determined based on entry sales.
Competitors must fish in compliance with their local regulations.
A single fish can only be entered once. Anyone found using the same fish for multiple days will be excluded from the tournament.
Each person is responsible for judging ice safety, no ice is truly safe.
Any disputes will be determined by Nipmuc board members.
Final length determination and payouts will be announced on Sunday 3/2/25
